The Police Funeral to honour the life and service to the South Australian community of Brevet Sergeant Jason Doig will be held on Monday, 4 December.

Registrations to attend the service at the Adelaide Convention Centre will open on Tuesday. The service will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.

Further information including livestream access details will be issued in the coming days.

As announced earlier this week, members of the public wishing to pay their respects can sign condolence books placed at the following police stations:

*Police Headquarters (Angas St)

*Port Adelaide

*Port Augusta

*Port Lincoln

An online condolence book has also been made available.

Additionally, members of the South Australian community can also make a contribution to support police officers and their families through SA Police Legacy, a charity that supports South Australian police families by offering financial, emotional and social support to those affected by bereavement or serious illness.
