Ms Micallef has extensive experience in the criminal law and the care and protection jurisdiction of the Youth Court – being awarded the Hon Dr Robyn Layton AO KC Award for her extensive efforts in this complex and challenging area.
In private practice, she has been a sole practitioner and Managing Partner of Micallef Lipson Chambers, and her work as a member of SACAT has involved complex matters in the guardianship and administration area.
She is exceptionally well-qualified and I look forward to her contribution to the Magistrates Court.
